I'm Alice. Joined about a week ago, but have not yet posted. Site looks awesome. Calorie and exercise counters are so helpful! I'm trying to lose around 20 pounds. When I started this site, I was at 145. I know that's not severly over weight, but I am only 5'2 and my comfortable weight is 125. I was at 110 when I got married. I'm not looking to weigh 110 again. I just want be be confortable in my clothes and look decent in a bathing suit! Anyway, nice to meet everyone!

    I am doing Zumba or step 3-5 times a week. Thats it for now. Need to add some strenght training.
    Have not set a time line for the 20. Guess I need to!
