I apologize if this topic gets covered a lot, so please redirect me if so.

What vitamins/herbs does everyone take? Any recommended brands?

I almost got some at Costco the other day (I forget the name...brown bottle with a bright yellow label...not the Costco brand). Before spending a lot on such a huge bottle, I wanted to get some opinions from this group.

I would recommend only vitamins that are organic, otherwise you could be getting several GMO sourced ingredients and fillers.

The New Chapter Organics brand are all certified by the Non-GMO Project. They're a good brand even despite having been bought by Proctor & Gamble. I also think New Roots Herbal, Garden of Life's RAW code, Mercola and Nutrigold are other good brands. Check Amazon as well when you shop and compare, they have lots of these brands at good prices.

My supplements I like to take are a high potency DHA fish oil (Carlson's Cod Liver Oil is the ones I like, higher DHA than EPA), Vitamin C (non-corn, Non-China), D3 (carlsons again), Ubiquinol (Healthy Origins Non-GMO Non-soy), Astaxanthin (Hawaii BioAstin), N'Acetyl L-Cysteine (precursor to Glutathione, great for asthma and sinus blockages), vitamin e (all 8 forms, not synthetic), turmeric, good probiotic (New Chapter) and K2 (Nutrigold).
