Did i eat well today? (i feel like i over ate)

For breakfast I had

-Oatmeal

-2 pieces of toast

-Orange

For Lunch I had:

-5 prunes

-6 crackers

-Boiled egg

Some water with a lemon wedge

And just now for dinner I had 1 cup of brown rice, with 1/4 Salmon, and 2/3 cup of peas. (I added another 2/3 cup of peas with that)

If I get snackish later on during the night (and I know I will) I'll have an orange.

Did I eat well today? I feel like I overdid it with the second helping of peas.. (I'm not that good of a dieter)
My NET may be alittle low when I log all this stuff in later, But I just can't get past eating over 1000 calories. After I hit 900 I think its to much to go past 900. I'm trying to get my net up.

I just need some reasurence.

You're not eating enough, at all! Calculate your BMR and TDEE. Always net at least above your BMR, but below (15 to 20% depending on how much you have to lose) below your TDEE. Netting 900 will only cause more harm than good in the long run!

Would you drive your car from San Francisco to Maine without adding gas somewhere along the way? The answer to that is the same answer you are asking for about your food.

Not eating nearly enough, you're trying to run your car {body} on empty.

That actually seems scarily low! If you eat too low of calories then you'll lose weight, but you'll be losing not only some fat, but lean muscle. It's better to eat more calories, and if you're that nervous about it, eat a few hundred more and be more active.

I eat salmon, spinach, and brown rice as dinner sometimes too haha!

But back to what you were asking. NO WAY! You need to eat more, or you'll lose lean muscle, like the other posters said, and not just fat. Don't think that by starving yourself, you're doing your body any good. In fact, your goal now should be to replace your diet with satisfying, whole foods, rather than rich, unhealthy foods. Tomorrow is a new day; let's start fresh. :)

She won't gain weight. However, what she will do is damage her metabolism if she goes that low for a long period of time. She'll also lose lean muscle as well as fat, which is not good, and she'll deprive her body of the nutrients and calories it needs to run. If she keeps it long enough, her body will fail.

You're definitely not eating enough. That will backfire on you. Your metabolism will slow down to a crawl. You need to add fuel to have something to burn.
