cross fitters are a cult. You do not want to be part of that.
Plus, they don't eat what polio sufferers eat. They eat polio sufferers.0 -

Google the Paleo diet, looks to have great nutrional meals cutting the grains/carbs out of diet and gets rid of the toxins...organic eating...0

It was definitely "polio." The "paleo" diet is based on eating only things that don't have any cardboard in them because cavemen used spears, and didn't eat things found in cardboard. It's a serious low-cardboard diet. it's a silly fad. The polio diet on the other hand is for real. People with polio would traditionally be fed a strict diet of cheesecake and gravy. But they have to be eaten together between 5:00 am and 7:00 am. Then you put your body into a state of poliosis, by eating raw fruits and vegetables until 1:00 am the next morning, at which point you should gorge yourself on lychee and sriracha sauce. There is a new paper out in Nutritional Science Quarterly about it. It works great and all the legit cross-fit guys and gals are into it.0

You're welcome. A lot of people don't know about it yet, so I'm not surprised. You'll probably hear about it soon though. There are going to be Polio Diet specific shakes and bars that will come out in a few months.0 -
Stop saying "cross"!!!
Take your religion elsewhere!0 -
