I don't understand.
I try my best to go for brisk walks between working at a desk all day. I watch what I eat. I count calories. I lose two pounds...and then this morning find out I gained them back. It's disheartening because just yesterday morning I had weighed in and had noticed I was down two pounds. This morning...back up the two I lost.
*sigh*

Good morning!
My best advice? Don't weigh every day. It's disheartening when you hold onto water one day and the next you're down a few pounds. Once a week, first thing in the morning after 'vacating', before eating, and totally naked. That's the best way to keep your focus on the positive. And measure every weigh-day. By putting a week between your weigh-ins, you'll get tto see a real progress. You won't see any change when you weigh every single day.
Chin up, darlin'! You're doing great!!

 Don't get fustrated!!! Girl you only got 8lbs. to go, to takes time. I weigh myself everyday, and I know that you are not suppose to but it keeps me on tract. some day I am am like what the heck, I will jump 2 lbs. and then go down the next day two, but that is because, a simple hormone shift can cause us to gain water weight. So don't get fustratraed. You have the will power and that is the most important thing. Alot of people want to loose but don't have the will power to do so. So don't get fustrated, just increase the cardio a little, you will be alright. You are doing a great job, Keep up the good work, you can do it!!!!!  :happy:0

That is good advice...not to weigh every day. It's hard not to, because I like to see progress. But I'll definitely look into doing it once a week so as not to aggrevate myself with fluctuating weight. Thank you both for the encouragement!! It's just what I needed. ((HUGS))0
