Time to up the calories?

I weighed in this morning at 59.3 kgs (130lb) and my goal weight is 55 (121lb)
I've been eating 1380 calories a day plus eating back my exercise calories - this is set to lose 1lb a week.
I haven't hit a plateau, I'm just seeking advice as to if it's time to set that back to 0.5lb a week so that I'm not losing to too fast.

    I'd wait until i hit a plateau personally. If you are happy with your losses and you are getting the body shape you desire why change things?

    if you're still losing, then i would wait till you are 5lbs from goal, and then change to 0.5lbs per week.
