Starting weight was about 175 , then I started MFP at 167(BMI-26.3)
Current weight: 145(BMI-22.6)
Goal weight: at least 136
Im 5'7
It was kinda hard to post the before pics (eww) , why didnt anyone tell me I was so big !!!

You look awesome.. You didnt look that bad at your highest weight you carried it well. I was the same weight as you when I started almost 3 years ago. started at 175 now 138. Ive been maintaining for over a year now. Keep up the good work.
