When I started my weight loss journey at 205lbs I was still a hourglass shape. So my first goal was to have a waist smaller than 30 in. I started at 37.5 in...YUCK. But I just measured myself for funzies (Kylie talk for fun lol.) And I almost cried...

That's awesome!!!! That's a big change in inches! I can't imagine having a 30" waist, but I'm already down to 34" and that seems so tiny. 30" would be surreal...0
