I never do strength workouts?

Hi i never do any strength workouts.. only cardio
Mainly because i haven't got a clue what to do.
any ideas for a beginner?

I would also be interested in the answer to this as I am doing mostly cardio too. Any suggestions would be welcome!0

Check out New Rules of Lifting for Women and browse around at bodybuilding.com and muscleandstrength.com for ideas. Start small, bar or no weights to work on form, then progress and pick a nice heavy weight. Personally, I say skip the 5 pounds weights for 15 reps and go straight to the heavier weight, lower rep stuff once you have the movements down.0

If you do not go to the gym like me- get some hand weights and get Jillian Michaels DVDs. If you get kettle bells though I suggest you get them on amazon- they are cheaper then Target and most sports stores.0
