Hello! I've been doing MFP for 45 days now, and I've lost (at last weigh in) almost 7 pounds and several inches. My first real Non-Scale Victory (NSV) came today! I had previously been in 3X t-shirts and when I tried on a 2X this morning it fit!! And I don't look like the Michelin Man's wife! LOL! Feel free to add me0

Hi there! I've finally decided to do something about my eating after my six year old said he 'loved me even if I am a bit fat' thanks son! I've been logging on everymorning and it really has stopped me pinching biccies and sweets as I remind myself I will have to add them to the counter.
What kind of excersise are you thinking of doing? I'm doing mostly walking and a 20 minute workout on a afternoon. Can't do too much as I am a bit unfit at the moment! Don't forget running around after kids counts as exercise...0 -

I've been at MFP since January and am down almost 40 pounds. Having support of friends on here definitely helps keep the motivation levels up, and with regular process it also helps contribute to that motivation. It's almost addicting, which in this case is good.
I'm always willing to add anyone who is serious about achieving and helping others achieve their fitness goals. I'm sending you a friend request and extend the offer to anyone else who wishes to add to their support network.0 -

My 6 year old daughter told me she was going to always eat healthy so that she would never look like me, so I def understand how the encouragement from kids come in to play. lol Right now I am basically only doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It is hard for me, but I push through since it is only 27 minutes long from start to finish and I can manage to get it done while my 9 month old is asleep.0

Sorry I missed it yesterday Some days are much harder than others and try not to beat yourself up over small issues. I don't exercise everyday. But using this system helped me realize I have been eating horribly wrong. It is a tool and like any other it depends on how you use it. Best of luck and keep it up!0
