    You look great now! Good job. I also have to say that you still had a nice shape when you were heavier. I'm not trying to discourage you but I am saying you carry weight well. Keep up the great work.

    You look great! Congrats on your achievement! We are the same height so you have given me a visual of what I could look like if I keep working towards my goal. When you have a chance can you post how you achieved your goal, ie: exercises, calorie intake etc.??

    You look incredible! I am 5'6.5" and I started at 172. I am down to 155 now. I hope I look as good as you do in 10 pounds! You look incredible!! I am hoping to get to around 135. 17 pounds down about 20 to go but I will do back flips when I hit the 30 pound mark!!
