Late night movie snacks

Can you drink a cup of hot milk before bed? Is it that bad ? And what kind of snacks I can eat , healthy, while watching a movie which is airing at 10pm ? Can I eat veggies late night ? I need your answers please!!

    One of my new favorites is just putting popcorn kernals in a brown paper bag, folding the top and microwaving for 2 mins. Sprinkle of some salt if you would like.

    About as healthy as you get, no butter, no preservatives, no crap.

    I always pop my own popcorn and season it with different seasonings. Yummy snack with fiber.
    Just no butter and you're good.
