I'm 5'6, and my heaviest weight was like 230-250 I refused to weigh myself after awhile, and ballooned up after seeing 230 on the scale (I got depressed,) but it did get me to make a half spirited attempt to lose weight.
I got serious around 218 lbs and started MFP at that weight. It's been about five months and I'm now 176 lbs and continuing to drop the weight. I want to get back down to my lowest weight, which was 125.
It's going to take some time, but I'm pretty motivated.0 -

I've had to modify my workout requirements due to being legally blind. My normal walking style has been reduced by at least 50% in speed and intensity because of the need to travel with a white cane. I've included daily toning and strengthening exercises to compensate for the drop in my everyday movements.

Last May I started doing Insanity @ 290lbs, by September I was 210lbs. I've gained 40lbs over the winter but started running again. I am now currently @235 and still going
