Hi to all,

I started with the 17 day diet, phase 1. It was perfect, it gave the guidelines I so desperately need to jump start my success. I lost approximately 7 pounds and loved how I felt. No sugar, sweets and very low carbs left me feeling wonderful.

Now I am on a roll and have switched to counting calories although I have to admit my weightloss has slowed. I think it is because although I am eating much healthier it is not as clean as when I was on the 17 dd, phase one.

Anyway, glad to be here and have found all the information valuable and inspirational. Thanks to all those who are sharing the ups, downs and successes.
