Honestly, grow up!

Got an e-mail from a MFP 'user' commenting on the pic I'm using. I thanked her (said she was a female in her profile) and asked where her profile pics were. Start getting messages back with 'devil' repeated 50+ times along with other messages. Trying to block this person but not sure if it's working. Honestly, get a life and find better things to do with your time!!

Thank you...rant over. Sorry for taking up space for this message today!!

What's wrong with your photo?

Gotta love the block feature - I've used it a couple of times, and it does work. Good luck!

To top it off, this troll just posted 'fat piece of crap' on one of my status updates. Guess some people have nothing better to do with their time..

How can she post on your status unless she's on your FL?

Are you linked to the devil??!

Oh dear, some people are just plain evil or mad or both! Hope you are successful in blocking them. Can you report them?

Made the mistake of sending a friend request before the devil comment. Just deleted her/him.

Not sure how to report or if I can. I'll just let it go for now and see if it happens any more. Seems to have stopped now.

So complaining about it.on the forums, and in the General Weight Loss section no less, is more mature?

Yeah, airing personal grievances on the forum is actually against forum rules. Do it behind the scenes.

Thanks...didn't realize it. Was just taken aback at first that someone would do that on HERE. But then again, I saw it happen on the Weight Watches boards too. Sorry, and thanks for letting me know.

    seems legit.

ETA: maybe that's a little harsh, but i don't understand something... if she said something that offended you, why come into the forums to share that with everyone else? if somebody called me a fat *kitten*, i wouldn't make a thread letting 500,000 MFP members know that i was just called a fat *kitten* by somebody.

Well that's a bit late in the day. You've only just deleted her?!

Get over it. There's loads of weirdos on here, just block/delete/ignore....or join in if you like it!

I think it's only against the rules if you name them. Just b!tching in general should be ok, but if she sees this, you may be in trouble.

And if it truly becomes an issue, you can email the mods and tell them about it.

So....she's friends with one of YOUR friends? Delete that friend and block her. (I see nothing wrong with your pic, either, btw....) That whole thing seems weird!

It's the interwebz. There are freaks and geeks and weirdos. I have one that continually posts comments directed to me on other friend's status updates (we used to be friends, but I deleted). Weirds me out. But I suppose that's the whole point in them doing it, b/c they KNOW it creeps me out.

It's part of being online. <shrugs>

    You just learn to

Actually, the TOU reads like this:

"11. No Airing of Grievances With Moderators

    11. No Airing of Grievances With Moderators"
I believe it is useful for others on the forums to read this thread. He didn't call her out by name, didn't call her names, humbled himself, and seemed sincere in frustration. It's part of tool management and the online journey. Thanks for posting.

I think you are the devil in question and your post is a subtle ploy to deflect attention away from your satanic activities....
