Recipe name: Simple Greek Moussaka
Number of servings:20 (I used ramekin dishes)

Onions - Raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) 92 22 0 2 3 5
Herb - Mint, 4 tsp 4 0 0 0 0 4
Tesco - Chestnut Mushrooms Hand Picked Daily, 1 container (250 gs ea.) 40 3 1 5 3 0
Tesco - Courgettes, 400 g 80 7 2 7 4 0
Tesco - Best for Baking Jacket Potato (4 Pk), 1 container (750 gs ea.) 600 129 2 16 10 0
Sainsburys - White Sauce Mix by Sainsburys Made With Water , 1 container (300 mls ea.) 82 0 2 3 0 0
Tesco - Mature Cheese Grated Lighter (30% Less Fat), 100 g 317 1 22 26 0 0
Generic - Lean Lamb Mince (Raw), 1000 g 2,090 0 139 213 0 14
Vegetables - Aubergine, 2 container (400 gs ea.) 160 18 3 8 14 0
Wine Red - Table Wine 12% Proof, 0.5 container (750 mls ea.) 300 12 0 0 0 3
Tesco Value - Tinned Tomatoes, 1 container (400 gs ea.) 68 12 0 4 3 14
Bisto - Beef Gravy Granules, 50 ml 15 2 1 0 0 0
Spices - Pepper, black, 1 tbsp 16 4 0 1 2 3
Maggi - Liquid Seasoning, 1 tbsp 10 0 0 2 0 0
Tesco - Best for Baking Jacket Potato (4 Pk), 0.25 container (750 gs ea.) 153 32 0 4 2 0

Basically dry fry the mince and then add all the vegetables (that have been diced), mint, red wine and then once cooked thicken slightly with gravy granules.
In a separate pot part boil some thinly sliced potatoes (I did 5 baking potatoes).
Then place the mince mixture into individual ramekins, top with a few slices of potato, then 1 tbsp of white sauce (lasagne sauce) and then a pinch of grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 mins. I served mine with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.

Mince by Mitzie Wilson has a couple of versions of Moussaka. haven't tried them yet though.0
