Hi Everyone!

My name is Kiki from Utah, and I am basically here the same reason as the majority, which is losing weight. So far I've lost 100 lbs since 2005 and I have about another 100 to go. I am so determined this time and realize that it's a lifetime change in the way I eat rather than just a diet. Anyway, good luck to all you out there :smile:
