I wanted to share a great workout channel on YouTube called Real Fit TV (RealFit.TV is the website) http://www.youtube.com/user/RealFitTv/videos. There's a lot of kickboxing, step workouts, HIIT workouts, Spin, Strength, plus videos with health and fitness advice by the owner/video trainer.
