Hello everyone,

I started 30 day shred this week and I am not sure how to log it into my exercises. I know that many of you are or have done it before. How have you logged it?

Thanks,
Terri

Most people log it under circuit training...good workout...she kicks your butt!

I tend to log it as calistentics as it is the closest thing I can find. I feel like I burn more calories than it says though, as it is a hard workout.

Since I wear a HRM and I usually do a little extra arm and ab work after the video is over, I log it as half circuit training and half strength training. Then I manually adjust the calories to what my HRM says I burned.
  • I am planning on doing the 30 day shred as well. Just learning this website but planning on getting my first workout done today! Look out sore @** but looking forward to it!

I log it as circuit & I also feel like I probably burn more calories than it says......but i figure if that's the case, it's a win-win situation!

If I were you I would stay with the modified version of the video(if just starting out). I thought i could easily follow JIllain but I ended up being unable to climb up my steps for two days. You will work up to that point where you can work a little harder.
