cant reach my calorie intake goal...

I know it sounds silly. But I just can't.
My goal is 1880 and I have 1449 left.I just had lunch and then I had 3 boiled eggs right after. To bump up my intake.
I'm full. I may be hungry later on but I highly doubt it will be enough to reach my intake goal.
Will it still be okay if I don't reach it? Also hem though I'm full can I still nibble or some (healthy) foods until I feel hungry again? Anything to up my intake..

I'm confused. You've had 400-some-odd calories for the day... unless you sleep 16 hours per day you'll be hungry later. Eat then.0

You just ate lunch - are you planning to not have dinner? :huh: As mrsbigmack said, you've got more time in your day, I imagine you'll be hungry again.0

How about a bowl of healthy cereal with your favorite milk
Peanut Butter on toast, banana, crackers, etc.
Greek Yogurt
Non-Fat Plain Yogurt with your favorite fruit
A serving of your favorite ice cream with fruit or other healthy toppings

How did you get to the point of wanting to lose 170 lbs while having difficulty eating a mere 1400 calories per day?0

I used to have same problem, and didn't want to just eat rubbish to achieve calorie goal.
Brazil nuts are 345 cals for 50g - easy calories to eat as you don't have to be hungry to eat them. Cheese is another one that adds calories and is quite easy to eat esp if you chuck it in your dinner or lunch.
Keep trying and your appetite should pick up quite quickly0 -

She doesn't necessarily have an ED if she can't eat all her calories. Heck, even I have a problem eating my daily required caloric intake, and that's when I was at my normal weight. But I'm not saying she doesn't have an ED either. Don't be so quick to judge, please. :frown:0 -
if you have only eaten 400 calories after breakfast and lunch and eggs for good measure I'd say you need to revisit your breakfast and lunch options. I have a similar calorie goal and I usually eat 400 for breakfast, 400 for lunch and I leave the rest for snacks and dinner.0

Noo I don't have an ED. I'm just full
Plus I had a late lunch. I'm to full for dinner right now.
I figured out that apparently I need 500 Cal's each meal and something more filling other than 50 calorie peaches for each snack.
I had 500+ Cal's for breakfast this morning but during lunch my intake started to decrease0
