A few little NSVs for today.

Three things I've noticed:
Today, I could button the cuff on one of the button-up shirts I like. Before, it was uncomfortably tight, but now it's just right.
I got into my car and realized how much room I had below the steering wheel. I'm a shortie, so I need the steering wheel to be low in order to see over it. xD Before, the steering wheel would sometimes brush my thighs. Now, no chance of that.
Lastly, I realized I actually eat more decadently than I did before because I'm willing to try out recipes and put effort into my food. Before, I went for the easy things, which were usually heavy with cheese, and didn't appreciate things like asparagus as much. Now, it's like perfectly cooked asparagus with a bit of olive oil is heavenly.

Kudos to you! I love noticing NSVs.
Regarding how differently you eat, I've noticed the same for myself. I feel like I not only make better food choices, but I'm not lazy about it and I actually enjoy what I'm eating more. And since I know I'm making good choices, I feel so much better about myself and what I'm eating!
And I agree -- grilled asparagus with a bit of olive oil and a touch of garlic salt is just heavenly, to me!0 -
