Introducing myself

Hello everybody,
Denise here, and I joined on May 15th of this week. I have always worked out but in the last few years I got distracted with jobs, real estate, life's ups and downs in general, and I put working out on the back burner. I had become unmotivated and full of excuses. I want to be healthy and look good in my clothes and want to feel good about myself. I have gotten out of shape and picked up 20 lbs. I don't like the un-toned look and flabby look. As I mature, there are things that I have to accept, but I can do what I can to improve the outcome of the things that I can change. I also want to get better at consistently selecting the best foods to help keep the weight off . Tracking the foods that I have been eating has also opened my eyes on the quality of foods and fat content of the foods that I was eating. I know that exercise will keep me alive and disease free as much as possible. So I decided that it was time to bury the excuses and get busy cleaning my act up foodwise and exercise wise. My goal is to lose 25 lbs by or before my 60th birthday!
