I Just Drank My Water!

Options
I need motivation to drink more water. Water helps the body work right, and we all need it in some form or another. So every time you drink 1 - 8 ounce glass, jug, measuring cup, bowl, shoe, frying pan, vase or petrie dish full of water. Post here! Goal is 8 or more every day. If you want to post your totals for the day, feel free!

Now GO! :drinker:

I was just in the shower and swallowed some water... It was soapy shampoo-y water from my hair, but it still counts right?
I wonder how many calories in shampoo..

I think it depends on the brand. If it's something fruity, don't forget to figure your carb intake as well. A quick Google did lead me to this though http://www.amazon.com/Samy-Calories-Thickening-Shampoo-Ounce/dp/B000OO0EKS . Good luck on your journey!:flowerforyou:

Do you count your shampoo with all the additives in your daily water goal or just plain ol' cleaner?? I'm confused. :ohwell:

I thought only water counted as water.

    Guess I'm doing it wrong.

But the soap causes the water molecules to disintegrate and become not water. You know, just like happens with tea, milk, and soda.

It's a negative calorie food because you burned calories by scrubbing your hair. I thought everybody knew that.
