Are you counting just walking/running, or could we add in our miles on the Stationary Bike, Treadmill, Ellipticals,etc?

my running goal for august: 40
my walking goal for august: 15
today i went 1.75 miles + 0 miles which makes my running total so far this month = 1.75 miles total
walking total = 0 miles
~GROUP~ goal for august: 2000 miles
1.75 miles is my total for today + 24.25 for the group = 26.0 miles total0 -

Today I jogged/walked 2.5 miles
Group Goal for month: 2000 miles
2.5 miles is my total for today + 21.25 for the Group total so far = 23.75 miles total

I will not even try to keep track of the group miles. But so far it all looks good. Let's stay motivated everyone and end the month just as strong as we have started it.0

I didn't state a personal goal when I joined but I would like to walk 60 miles in August and run 50 miles.
I ran 2.5 miles yesterday (in a sprint triathlon!) so I am on my way.0 -

I walked a total of 4.49 miles going to and from my Gym (Curves) and the steps included in my Work-Out. Do we just add it to the total in the post before us?

Wow! Everyone seems to be doing a great job. Keep it up gang! I walked five miles today.

My trainer wore me out today so I only managed one mile...but I'll still log it:
1 + 95.19 for group = 96.190 -
I walked 3.41 miles today pushing a 6-child stroller in high humidity.
3.41+ 96.19=99.6 darn .4 short of 100 miles in 2 days!
