I have only been using this for a few days and on each day my food diary has a few things that I haven't hit goal. For instance last night I was under on my calorie by 400 but my protein was over. I wasn't hungry and didn't know what to eat to make the calories add up but not go over on anything else. Is it better to hit your protein goal, your calorie goal, or not go over on your other goals?

  • After about a week or so you will find things that will keep you on track. The one thing I will say is to watch your sugars and carbs. More protein is not necessarily a bad thing. If you have friends on this you can see what they are eating and take some hints from them. I have now found ways to get almost all of my daily requirements, including a glass of wine and am quite satisfied.

I think you should do what makes you feel comfortable. I have the same problem and I think you should not force yourself to regiment too strictly to this program. We are not robots. Don't feel guilty if hunger has you grabbing a last snack. As long as it is healthy and not a bunch of M&Ms.
  • They have to open up their diary to the friends or public in settings
