Ive recently returned back to work after a year off for mat leave. between juggling a 40 hour week, two very young kids and a household I am stressed and exhausted! AND binging. I was doing alright with exercise and diet and have even managed to say NO to the unhealthy fast food joints and evil vending machines around my work place. but after a very very exhausting and stressful day I found myself diving into a tub of ben and jerrys. I feel like I have no time to exercise anymore (with two small ones im lucky to get a shower in everyday!) and im completely lost on what to do! suggestions on how to motivate and make some extra time would be appreciated! - signed Mama who would like to stop wearing jogging pants!

Mama, I have been there. I know it's hard.
I would do just this:
Pick three things. Mine were: No more sweet drinks, no fast food, some exercise daily.
It doesn't have to be an hour of exercise or even a half hour. Just something and log it. Log your foods, whatever they are. Make some friends (PICK ME!) and stay on this site.
Some days you might find that your exercise consists of kicking your legs in bed until you fall asleep. Walking the babies, doing the laundry, log that stuff.
You'll find results are just around the corner. You can do it!!

I'm a mother of 3 boys. Married for almost 15 years. It's hard getting all of the stuff done but I'm gonna try. Feel free anyone to add me as a friend. I will help support anyone. Sometimes a friend helps all the way around.0
