Hey guys, my name's Tom!
Been looking through the forum for a few days now, thought I'd sign up for some extra motivation.
I currently stand at about 243 pounds.. Hoping to get down to at least 200, then I'll be happy!
I was using MyFitnesspal about a year ago and lost a stone, this time I'm going to the gym most days so here's hoping ^_^

Started using LiveStrong about a year ago, tried this app. today. So far I like it much better. Sarted really trying to lose weight at the beginning of this year, weighing in at 225lbs. Today I am 203. I haven't weighed that much in about 8 years.. My goal is 185. Staying motivated is tough, but I will stick with it:). I don't track my calories every day, but I find I as I build more momentum and get closer to my goal I use the tracking app. more. I just connected the Withings Weight app. to this one, so I am interested to see how they work together. The Withings scale is great if your ADHD like me and have trouble tracking things and staying organized.0
