Food Downfalls

Hey all,
Just out of curiosity, and I guess also as an excerise in identifying our strengths and weaknesses when it comes to food (and because I had an unfortunate encounter with some buffalo wings last night)...I'm wondering what everyone's biggest food demons are. May it be junk food that you have the hardest time saying no to or always crave, or something that's fine in moderation but kinda high cal and you just can't stop at one serving.
As a contrasting list, what is your fallback to for healthy foods? Your go to, gotta make dinner fast and you know you can always count on it to be delicious, food. Here's my lists.
"Bad" Food (Feel free to change the titles):
Buffalo wings
Cheese
Beer
Ice Cream
Ham
Nutella
Prosciutto
"Good" Food:
Asparagus
Artichoke
Avocado
Edamame
Any and all fruit...especially blueberries
Sashimi (not so wallet friendly unfortunately)
Pickles

Anything with fake, powdery cheese ~ Cheetos, Snyder's Cheese Pretzel Pieces, Kraft Mac and Cheese (yuck, I know), cheese popcorn (Garrett's from Chicago)... Thank goodness, my kids never took to the mac and cheese. As teenagers, they are supportive and don't bring Cheetos into the house! When I get into downtown Chicago by a Garrett's, however... A good IPA calls my name frequently, too.
The good: Nigiri, hummus, Greek yogurt mixed with spices, any broiled fish.0 -
