30 day shred dvd

Hello i was wondering does the 30 day shred dvd come with 3 dvds or is it just on one dvd.my mom wants to buy to for me and her but she only wants to buy one.i am goin on level 3 on tuesday i have been using the web on my phone

    It is only one DVD. The three levels are options in the menu.
