I'm new to this forum, I would like to share my Motivation with others. It all started when my friends and I visited Topman clothes for
guys my friends were browsing at blazer section, I saw this nice blue blazer largest size is M, so I tried forcing myself in it but its sleeves got torn apart. So I was scolded by my friends and also embarrassed myself in public and I even paid for the blue blazer it cost $200 the price shocks me after that when I left the shop people around me are gossiping about me, I heard them whispering like. This Guy is so fat you want to wear Topman clothes you better look at yourself first. So after that incident I was thinking a lot on how to lose weight so I look at Fashion Magazine on man clothes and motivate myself. That's how I motivate myself find something you're interested in or something that you can fantasize of .

I would say this is true to a certain extent, and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Not very nice people who said that, if you ask me.

But if it was me, I'd not take anything but positive from this experience, like you have. You want to improve your health and your self-esteem. This is the same goal I have! I want to have a lower body fat percentage, and have a trim lean body, so I can wear what I want to!

I'm adding you, and hopefully we can be of motivation to each other! :) You CAN do this.
