Binge Eating :(

I have been doing very well losing all this weight but lately I have been having binge days.

like today 8000 calories ...... but then have like two weeks of good days so it balances out.

What causes this? I feel sick and then keep eating, it's very bad.

I would love if anyone could give me tips if you used to do this

I used to do this everyday when I was at my high weight.

    I'm still a newbie here- but it sounds to me like it's emotional eating. Are you drinking enough liquids? I know when I first started my journey I was confusing thirst with hunger.

    Are you eating because you are bored, sad? perhaps look into new hobbies or other things you can do instead of eating.

    I drink lots of water, It's not because I am thirsty. I can be completely full and then want to keep eating, It makes me feel good at the time. Usually bad foods like pastries, and fried foods....

    Yes, that's why I'm here, I binge too and looking at the above comments, we're not alone. I know that sugar and stress are my main triggers, so most of the time I am able to control it. I think that finding your 'binge triggers' will help you deal with the issue. Good luck!
