Adding strength exercises to my diary.

I have a question regarding the MFP app. In my diary for today, I added a lot of resistance/strength based exercises but it did not add anything to the calories I spent on exercise today. What does this mean?

The calculations for strength based training are too individual for mfp to use a general formula. So instead it uses nothing, go off your cardio exercises for cals burned.0

When I do weight lifting I don't bother to add anything under weight lifting. I just add the cardio exercise "weight lifting".
Create your own if you can't find a suitable one. Search online for average calories burned doing light/medium/heavy weight lifting.0
