How many calories burnt...30 day shred?

I am getting a bit confused about calories lost with the 30 day shred, I have not got a heart rate monitor and need to know how many calories it burns. If someone could tell me how to work it etc that would be great.

NO NEGATIVE PEOPLE PLEASE, I AM LOOKING FOR ADVICE

    I saw the number of calories burned for this exercise on Jillian's site. For a 150-pound person, the calories burned for

    Level 1: 210
    Level 2: 252
    Level 2: 220.

    I took warm-up and cool-down into account when using the calculator, since someone mentioned the numbers given were for the entire workout.

    For level 1 there is 3 mins strength (x3), 2 mins cardio, (x3) and 1 min abs (x3)

    I logged 9 min strength training, 6 min aerobic (high impact) and 3 min calisthenics
    You could also add 2 min stretching for the warm up/ cool down

    But this only adds up to 74 calories burnt !
    So probably not very accurate, sorry

    I think most people log it as 20 minutes of circuit training.

    Yes, I log it as calisthenics 20 mins - gives me 157 cals which seems about right looking at Jillian's numbers (I'm 5'4, 130lbs).

    That's what I do. Wore my HRM one day and MFP was actually pretty close.
