Does it hurt to go over on the fiber intake? I am already 3 over just from eating fruit and veggies for breakfast and lunch!!!

The recommended daily intake of fiber is 25-35 grams a day. In my opinion, MFP is low on that (I know they recommend 18 for me). I wouldn't worry about being over... but drink your water! :)

what's yours set at? 15? if so, then of course not!!! :)

I set mine to 30. I recommend getting 25g a day... it keeps you full and regular. Just eat lots of seasonal veggies and fruits and whole grain bread and you'll be fine.

I've heard that too much fiber isn't a bad thing, and I have also heard otherwise. I try to get just the reccomended amount because I noticed if I go over a lot I get gas pains. Sounds lovely doesnt it? What a nightmare!
I wouldn't worry though if you are just going over 3 or 4 a day!

You should get about 25g of fiber a day. Just be sure you are drinking lots of water. Fiber without water is not fun. :blushing:
