Hey Everyone ~
I have been on here for a while, and when I first started I was walking everyday. I have gotten out of that routine, but still have been eating right. I just got an Ipod with a pedometer and I got the podcast to start C25K... but I want some exercises to do at home for my tummy, my arms, etc.. I know that crunches are usually standard thing, but I was wondering if anyone has any at home plans that they would like to share (i.e. what to do, how long to do it for, how many times a week.) I have looked online but can't really find anything.
Thanks so much!

I do the 30 Day Shred or the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout.0

Beachbody has some amazing workouts that provide real results. They are well researched and well presented workouts that are easy to modify if necessary. I was amazed at the results I got after doing ChaLEAN Extreme. To start, I recommend Slim in 6. If you want more info, just send me a note.

I agree - go buy your self some home videos.
Jillian Michales can be found at Walmart for $10 or under. I have done both 30 Shred and Yoga melt down. I also have No more Trouble Zones but haven't done that one yet. I like the two that I have tried so far. All you need for 30 Shred is a yoga mat or blanket, and 2-3 lb hand weights.
I am also doing the 200 sit up challenge.
I throw some P90X strech and yoga in there when I can, and I have been trying to go to a yoga class on Saturdays. (the only not at home thing I do other than my walks)0 -
I think Beachbody has amazing products as well. I've done Chalean Extreme as well which has gotten me to the point I'm at now. They have so many other products to choose from so you can pick a program that is right for you.0

I'm currently doing the 30 day Shred and so far so good.
Try searching you tube for workout videos, I did this when I first started to figure out what I liked. There are tons of work out videos online for free, plus you can even preview most workout videos on there as well (including the 30 day Shred).0 -
There's a free app "Personal Trainer Lite" It's pretty good as well.0
