Eating back your excersize calories

Im sorry to keep posting but i want to fully understand everything im doing to have better chances of succeeding, so im told you need to eat back the calories you burn excersizing, does this mean when i have completed my diary one the app i should have 0 calories remaining each day?

That's what you're supposed to be shooting for. However, I've discovered over the last 5 months that My Fitness Pals "Calories Burned" for the exercises listed seems to be high. I try not to eat back all of my exercise calories. I have days that I go over, but I've lost 35.5 pounds since the first of the year, so I think I'm doing pretty well.0
