hey so i just signed up cause i would love to have so support and people that are into fitness! i am 152 lbs and have lost 7lbs in 3 weeks my bmr states that its 1400 i only eat about 1200 calories a day and workout 7 days a week i do 10 minute trainer and i do all the dvds which is about 40 mins a day and i am dripping by the time im done i assume i burn about 500 after i workout and i havent budged from 152 i wanna get down to 120 llbs! i havent gone off my diet at all so im getting frustrated any advice? do i need to eat less? im already pretty low so idk some stats im 5 foot and a size 7 in pants and wear a small in shirts thanks again!

    You've probably hit a weight loss plateau, just like I did last week! I upped my caloric intake by 50-100 calories, and I increased my exercise level, and now I'm losing steadily! Try and see if it works for you.

    that sucks i hear people hit weight loss plateau after losing like 40 lbs and i hit one after 7! i will up my intake and see if it works im just scared ill gain instead of lose!
