This was wonderful snack i was craving pizza rolls so had this instead:

1 portabella mushroom
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup spinach
1/8 cup any shredded cheese
and any other toppings you want

Bake at 350 for about 10 mins or until cheese is melted
