Chicken breast 8 oz
Cream cheese with herbs 2oz
Spinach shredded 1 cup
Garlic chopped 1tsp

Put chicken breast in blender blend layout on tin foil on rectangular baking sheet. Press into a rectangle any thickness. Put cream cheese, spinach, garlic in bowl mix. Spread mixture on chicken roll up take out tin foil. Bake at 350 30mins

    Sounds tasty. Have you ever tried it as a cold wrap, maybe with a whole wheat or whole grain tortilla.
