progress pictures!.. Why the scale is an *kitten*

It's been a couple months of fairly consistent logging and working out 3-5 times a week.
In the before picture I was about 148-150 lbs. Right now I am anywhere from 142-145lbs. The scale hasn't shifted much. But I feel so much better and look better too!
This is why I love myfitnesspal, and I hate the scale.
Don't get frustrated if you don't notice it changing, I garuntee your body is!
ps. I am 5'7, eating 1650-1700 calories a day (in the process of completing 30 day shred as well.)

I agree the scale really is an a-hole. You look fantastic before and after!!0

Hate the freaking scale.. It will having you think all you hard work is not paying off. But it is all about inches and muscle..0

The scale is the devil...haunts me daily... I got smart after a little bit and started taking measurements... Down over 2 inches but only 6.5 pounds...
