Being healthy for me

I am fairly new to this site...I logged in once a year ago and never really took to it because I was doing weight watchers. I love that program but I am now working on just counting calories and staying active. Just went on an hour long walk and it felt great. Looking for support!! So maybe this is the right place :) Gotta go do some meal prepping so I don't feel tempted to skulk around the vending machines tonight at work

    Hmmmm I know what you mean. I work at Olive Garden talk about staying away from the food. I really love all the cakie goodness and the soups.. I started preparing my lunches to take with me to work along with a snack just in case......I never leave my house these days without something to snack on. I have no excuses for a drivethru anything. Good luck to and always prepare stuff.
