Fitness Blender 8-week program

Hi All-

I recently stumbled upon the Fitness Blender website and although I think it's a really great resource, I find all the videos a bit overwhelming and I'm not sure where to start. I see that they have 3 8-week programs that guide you through the workouts ... Great! I'm wondering if anyone else uses this website or the programs. If so, can you tell me what equipment is needed for the program and how long each days program runs?

    I just finished one of their 8-week programs and I really enjoyed it! I definitely recommend the programs since they have the videos all put together with warm-up, workout, and cool down links. The time usually varies from about 30-60 minutes.

    As for equipment, you pretty much only need an exercise/yoga mat (I had carpet so I didn't even use that) and some dumbbells of various sizes (I used 3lbs, 5lbs and 10lbs).
