I loaded this app and started this program to support a friend. However, since using the app, I've decided that I can do this too. I have had saddle bags since I was 12. I hope that with the help of this app, I will be motived to watch what I eat and log some exercise and maybe buy some new pants in the end. One week into this and so far I'm making it.

Welcome! I've got the same problem--I've always carried weight on my bottom half, and I'm ready to see it go!! Stick with it!!!
