I almost fell off the wagon, but I didn't give up!

Sorry ahead of times if the pictures are huge... I'll try to fix them if they turn out wrong!!
Growing up I was always active... Back in "the day" we didn't sit in front of a computer the entire game, and while we did have video games we weren't allowed to play them all day long.
HIGH SCHOOL- came and went and I stayed around 140. Bigger framed with a little bit of extra weight around the legs but overall in really good shape.
WELCOME TO COLLEGE - finals semester 1 and welcome to my newly discovered 20lbs.
GRADUATION - Another 10 lbs found along the way. 168 lbs, a new high and desperate to get rid of the muffin top and jiggly legs but nothing too bad yet
JOB 1 - Awful work experience, stress, feeling like a failure, a little bit of depression and another 10 lbs ... 178
JOB 2 - Another stressful job but able to stay pretty steady at the 178
Then my boyfriend of 7 1/2 years proposed and suddenly I had a goal, to fit in a wedding dress and look good in all the photos. When I have a goal, something to aim for I tend to do much better and stick to my plan a lot better. Things were great, I lost 25 lbs and got down to around 155. I looked great on my wedding day and it was such an awesome time.
But then real life entered and I was without a motivation, a goal to attain. I gained back 10 of the 25 I had lost. Back to 165. Then another 10...175 It's creeping back on and I had started to feel like I was losing my way. I kept trying to get remotivated and it wasn't working.
And then I got pregnant and it all went to hell. Instead of focusing on my health I used my pregnancy to make food decisions that I KNEW were wrong and bad for me but I just couldn't make myself stop. Well I probably could have but didn't want to. So 9 months later I had managed to pack on 60 lbs. 238 pounds and I was so ashamed of myself.
I was so happy to be a mommy and I love my little girl but I wasn't really loving myself very much. While I was on leave I was able to ignore the weight but when I went back to work at 219 lbs I couldn't ignore the fact that I was still wearing maternity clothes because I couldn't get my "fat pants" even up to my thighs.
So I signed up for a weight loss challenge and hired a personal trainer. I know personal trainers are very expensive but it helped at least get me on the track. By the time I was done with those 6 months I had lost around 40 lbs. 182 lbs and feeling a little better. Pre-baby weight by my baby's first birthday. Not too shabby
And then I started Insanity. It gave me a schedule, a purpose, goals. I pushed myself and although it took me 90 days to finish the 60 day program, I finished and lost 16 lbs.
So now i'm down to 166lbs and hooked on fitness so Turbofire it is
90 days later, I'm in LOVE with Chalean Johnson and turbofire and wake up every morning excited to work out. By the end I'm down to 152, my lowest since college.
Well things happen, I get a 3 month bout of bronchitis and that's where you find me now, up 10 to 163 and re-committing myself to this process. I'm doing a p90x/Turbofire hybrid program and eating around 60% clean and stopped drinking pop, minimizing eating out and basically just doing what I know needs to be done.
And here I am, ready to pay it forward, to help others learn from my successes and failures. I read a quote the other day that sums up my life. If you're sick of having to start over, stop giving up.
Sorry this was so long but the point is that everyone's journey is a long one and the things that got us to where we are all matter in how we're going to get to our goals. Feel free to add me if you truly want to give it your all in your journey!!
