20 Lbs Lost in 3 Months

I wanted to share my success with everyone on here. I managed to lose 20 lbs in 3 months, just in time for my 30th birthday. I went from 185 lbs to 165 lbs by following the calorie recommendations on MyFitnessPal and doing some light exercise. I spent about 45-60 minutes on an exercise bike on weekdays. On weekends, I found that it was easy to go for a walk on the beach. Since I live in a town where things are relatively close to my house, I cut out driving as much as I could. It was a better option to walk to the laundromat and grocery store rather than wasting gas and being lazy by driving. Here are the before and after pictures:
