I just started on Sunday so today was day 3 of level 1. I am doing it on Excercise TV on demand for now....wanted to try it out first. So I can't even see what level 2 looks like...can you tell me the biggest differences between level 1 and level 2? Just curious! Thanks :flowerforyou:

    To me its a lot different. You do alot of planks -meaning you are essentially in a push up form and do an extra movement with your legs. Also, you do a lot of the same moves as in Level 1 but you keep your legs in a static form. You can look it up on you tube; there are some videos of ppl doing Level 2.
    I love 30DS... its hard as heck... but it works you out.
    I am currently on Day 19 Level 2 and have lost 11 punds so far.

    Thanks so much for the reply:flowerforyou: Today is day 4 for me...off in a bit to go start. So only 3 days so far. 11 pounds in 19 days is great!!!! When did you start losing? NOTHING so far here :(
