Hi,
I joined MFP long time ago but started actually using it about 2 months ago. I have been eating according to TDEE-25% and much healthier thn wat i used to. The only thing is I dont get time to exercise but I still try to atleast use the stairs instead of elevator, walk holding my 10 month old and other small things like that. havent lost anything yet

you will need to get in some exercise to see the results you want.. even using ten minute trainer will help you kick start your metabolism....try it.. you can do it!!0

Do you weigh and measure everything you eat or are you just eye balling it? Chances are your eating way more than you are actually logging. Also besides watching the scale take your measurements. Just when I think I'm not making any progress I'll see that I've lost inches.0

incorporate some type of exercise..start slow if you have to, 10 mins then increase time as you get used to it. Also, schedule it like you would a doctor's appointment. It's what I did. I had an appointment every day at a certain time. I told my kids and husband it was my Me time and was not to be disturbed. It became habit and now they know when I say I have an appointment at 5...it means that's my workout time.0

what is 10 min trainer?0 -
Without being able to see your diary, I've got nothing. However, you are probably healthier for having changed your eating habits, even if weight isn't coming off. I've heard not to do more than TDEE -15% or 20%. Maybe you aren't eating enough?0

i dont weight and measure most of the time but usually put more thn wat i think the quantity is. even if i m slightly off i m eating around 1800 cals a day and me TDEE is around 2500 so i cant be 700 cals off.0 -
