Hi all. Any good tapes out there where you DON'T need a lot of equipment to do it with? TIA :)

    Do you have a local GOodwill or Salvation Army? They sometimes have them. Or put an ad on your local Craigslist. I like Jillian Michael's DVDs. They're about $10 at Walmart. Good bang for your buck.

    Billy Blanks "Taebo Express" is awesome! I love his workouts! He's very motivating, and if you don't have lots of time, his workouts are perfect for that!

    Look on craigslist or check out FB. Look for swip-swap pages for your area. Might be able to find one for really cheap. In the mean time... Check out youtube for workout video's. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and have been able to try lots of different kinds of video's and different kinds of "trainers", even my favorites from years past. :) I get bored super easy I've yet to do the same video more than 2x in the last 2 weeks. Good luck finding an elliptical. :)

    Also our local Family Video has a small free section where it costs nothing to rent videos. They have some workout videos on there, even recent ones.

    Whoa, so many responses in such a short period of time - I feel special haha....I've looked on Craigslist, but the problem is, no one is willing to deliver it. I only have a car, so I can't pick it up, unfortunately. I've heard the Jillian videos are great, so I may try that....I forgot there were even video stores around anymore, good idea though. :) Thanks all for the responses.
