Hello, this is my first post

I want to feel healthier and just feel better. So far, I've lost about 30 lbs since around the first part of April. I still have about 60lbs to go to be at a healthy weight for me. I joined myfitnesspal through by downloading the app through my iPhone. I love it. It really helps to track my daily intake and my exercise. I've just recently started using the app and I'm still learning how to use it.

It has always been my choice, stay on track! (my new motto)

    Exactly....love this site...started being healthy April 2nd of this year and found the site end of May and only wish I had found it sooner...(down 44# so far and would like to loose another 15 or so....) good luck to you and hope you love the site as much as I do!!

    Wow, did we all have an awakening in April? I've been dieting since April 4th and lost, as of this morning, 23lbs with no exercise so far. I was only introduced to this site last week and am still learning too. Congrats on your weightloss so far and welcome!
