parmesan chicken and rice meal

Chicken Breast - Boneless, Skinless, 16 oz
Rice - Brown, long-grain, cooked, 2 cup
Great Value - California Style Vegetable Mix, 2 cup
Soup - Cream of mushroom, canned, condensed, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Cheese - Parmesan, grated, 1 cup
Milk - Reduced fat, 2% milkfat, 1 cup
China Lily - Soya Sauce, 1 Tbsp
Salt and pepper and parsley flakes

Cook 1 cup of brown rice which will make 2 cups when cooked. Cut in cubes chicken breast and cook in a non stick frying pan add salt and pepper and parsley flakes. (Use a non-stick pan then you don't have to use oil). Cook Frozen or fresh vegs, then add to chicken and cook untill chicken is cooked and browned. In a diifferent bowl add soup, milk, soya sauce and Parmesan cheese and whisked untill combined. Add rice to sauce then put half on the bottom of a 9 by 13 pan. Then add Chicken and vegs then the rest of the sauce cover with tin foil and cook for 30 mins at a 350 F oven. Then serve, it serves 6-8. Enjoy!
